When utilizing Race Roster's tracking link feature, an event organizer has 3 options when inputting a destination URL for their tracking link.

Registration Page
The registration page option for your destination URL will redirect users into the registration form for your event page where users can register immediately for your event. This option is the most direct when prompting users to register for your event. Any sessions, clicks, registrations, donations, or products purchased will be tracked within your tracking link metrics.
Event Details
The event details page option for your destination URL will redirect participants to your main homepage for your event. From this page, users will be able to enter and complete registration if they choose, find a donation page, or enter the event's store page if enabled. Any sessions, clicks, registrations, donations, or products purchased will be tracked within your tracking link metrics.
Other Race Roster Page
The "Other Race Roster Page" option allows for event organizers to track conversions from ANY other page URL on their event. However, this feature is best utilized when the destination URL is directing participants to pages where registrations, donations, or product purchases can be made. Below we have some great ideas that can be used as a destination URL for your tracking links.
Donate Now Page
From the "donate now" page, users can make a general donation directly to a charity on your event page. Your tracking link metrics will display key metrics such as total sessions, clicks, and total donation revenue collected from this page.
Donate to a Participant Page
From the "donate to participant" page, users can search for a participant's name and proceed to make a donation on any page they choose. Your tracking link metrics will display key metrics such as total sessions, clicks, and total donation revenue collected from this page.
Donate to a Team Page
From the "view teams/donate to a team" page, users can search for a team name and proceed to make a donation on any team page they choose. Your tracking link metrics will display key metrics such as total sessions, clicks, and total donation revenue collected from this page.
Store Page
From the store page, already-registered participants on your event can purchase and add any additional products that are available. Product purchases can be tracked from your tracking link metrics. (Note: tracking links will register on the store once they reach the store confirmation page).
