1. Login to your dashboard as an Event Organizer.
2. Navigate to the left of your screen to the search box and search and select Disputes & chargebacks.
You will then be directed to the Dispute report where you will see your pending disputes.
3. To filter your report, change the time frame, and see disputes that you have won and/or lost, click the Show filters button to customize your view.
*Please note that you cannot retroactively view disputes and chargebacks before July 13th.
