1. Login to your dashboard as an Event Organizer.
2. Navigate to the left of your screen to the search box and search and select Email campaigns.
3. Create and send a campaign using our Email campaign tool to target everyone or those who selected the virtual option.
In the email campaign, you will want to include these items:
- Your event's result page.
- Our Knowledge Base article on how to submit results.
- Their confirmation number. You can add the merge tag, |*CONFIRMATION_NUMBER*| to include it in your campaign.
- Any additional details regarding scoring, awards, and how it's going to be handled.
We recommend including additional verbiage in regards to a deadline for your participants to complete the virtual event and submit their time.
