How to enable Alphanumeric Bibs

1. Login to Race Roster and go to your event organizer dashboard. 

2. Navigate to the search bar on the Event Organizer Menu on the left side of your screen. 

3. Search and select Bib assignments.

You will be directed to the Bib assignments management page. 

4. Enable Bib assignments by toggling Enable bib assignments.

5. Next, you will want to configure Alphanumeric bibs by toggling Enable alphanumeric bib feature.

Please note* When you enable alphanumeric bibs, you can assign alphanumeric bibs via .csv upload from the "upload bib assignment" tab or by manually editing a bib assignment on a participant via the participant list. By enabling this feature, auto assignments will be TURNED OFF going forward (past automatic bib assignments will be maintained). You can also use "-" and "_" as a character.
