Confirmation emails serve as receipts and since Race Roster is processing the transaction it is important that Race Roster be the “sender” of the receipt. As the sender, we are responsible for all content that appears in the confirmation email. To maintain compliance and protect Race Roster’s strong brand reputation, we cannot allow for any custom content to be added to the confirmation email.
