Validation questions allow you to ensure that a participant is responding to questions in the correct format. This is a feature that will allow you to keep your data clean.
1. Log into your dashboard as an Event Organizer.
2. Navigate to the left of your screen to the search bar in the Event Organizer menu. Search and select Registration Questions.
3. Click + add question.
4. Enter the title of your question. We also recommend adding the format you would like entered in the description box.
5. Scroll down and click the Enable custom validation check box.
6. Select the validation condition using the drop-down box.
7. Select the validation rule.
8. Select a value.
9. Enter the error message you would like to appear if the individual responds to the question incorrectly
10. You can add multiple rules to the question response by clicking + add rule.
11. Click Save or Save & Exit.
