Fixed pricing: A single price point on a sub-event used for the entire duration of online registration.
The steps below are best used after you have set up your sub-events.
Set-up
1. Go to the search bar in the top lefthand menu. Search and click Pricing. If you have to set up your sub-events, please follow this link for instructions.
2. From the pricing strategies page, click the green "+ Create pricing strategy" button and choose "Fixed pricing".
3. From the block pricing page, first select the sub-event(s) to which you would like to apply fixed pricing.
4. Enter the price. Alternatively, check off "Free" if the given sub-event will be free of charge; the "Price" field will transform into "Display as", should you want to substitute the word "Free" with another term or message (e.g., Free registration!, Fees covered by sponsors, etc).
5. For all sub-events, free or priced, you may also add a description. Descriptions appear on both the event details page and in the registration form.
Hot tip: For events in regions with single prominent pricing enabled, the description is a good place to provide a price breakdown if needed. See screenshots for an example.
6. Click Save once you have finalized your fixed price points. Be sure to check your changes on the event details page, and enter the registration form as well for testing what your participants would see.
