How to Enable the USAT Integration on My Event

Race Roster has an integration with USAT that allows triathlon organizers to host online registration on our platform, while validating and ensuring that all registrants are USAT members. We have made updates to our USAT integration that require additional configurations within an event's sub-event settings to properly configure. 

To learn how to set up the USAT integration on your event, please follow the steps below. 

1. From your event dashboard, click on Overviews -> Settings overview from the lefthand side menu. 

2. From your Settings overview page, scroll down to the add-ons sections and click on USAT to enable this setting on your event. 

3. From your USAT settings, enter in your USAT event ID number and click save to connect your Race Roster event page to the USAT system. (Please note: your event's USAT ID number can be found within the USAT system, it is not retrievable within Race Roster). 

4. After connecting your event to the USAT system, click on Settings -> Sub-events to begin configuring your event's sub-events to connect to USAT's system. 

5. Click on the green Create sub-event button to begin creating your USAT-specific sub-events. 

6. Give your sub-events a name, as well as a sub-event type and distance of sub-event that are compatible with USAT's approved sub-event types and distances. Click save once complete.

• Triathlon
• Duathlon
• Aquathlon
• Aquabike
• Triathlon Off-Road
• Relay
