We apologize you are having difficulty registering with a promo code. We'd like to get this resolved for you.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Promo codes are sometimes configured to only be valid on specific sub-event options (please ensure that you are selecting the proper sub-event if multiple choices exist)
2. Promo codes are sometimes configured to only be valid on specific products (please ensure that you are selecting the proper product if multiple choices exist)
3. Promo codes have expiry dates and redemption limits
4. Promo codes are NOT case sensitive
5. If you have a promo code that is good for multiple uses and you are registering multiple people within your transaction, you will need to enter in the promo code for each registrant when prompted at bottom of the registration form
