How to get set up with Canadian Cheque Payments:
- Login to your dashboard as an Event Organizer.
- Navigate to the left of your screen and select 'Settings', followed by 'Payment Info'
- Insert Company or Personal Details including address
- 'Preferred Payment', check the box marked 'Check (Payment issued every 2 weeks)'
- Enter the Email Address where you would like to receive Statement Notifications
*Cheques will be written out to the Company Name or Person indicated in this section
Canadian Cheque Payment Schedule:
Cheques are cut every two weeks on Tuesdays and should arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
Payments will be posted to your dashboard every other Tuesday along with statements
View Payouts by visiting your dashboard, navigate to the left of your screen and select 'Management' > Financials & Reporting followed by 'Event Payout Report'
Cheques include funds up to the prior Tuesday at 11:59:59AM EST
