This can happen when the 'Quantity available for free” or 'Quantity available for sale' have no value filled out in your dashboard. It can also happen when the maximum quantity for your item has been reached.
To adjust this:
- Login to your dashboard as a Race Director
- Navigate to the left of your screen and select 'Event Settings', followed by 'Swag & Merchandise' from the drop down menu
- Scroll down until you see 'Quantity available' fields and fill out the number of free items available or fill out the number of items available to purchase or fill out both - i.e. the first 1000 are free, the next 300 are available for purchase (pictured below)
- Scroll to the bottom and hit 'SAVE' before navigating away from this page
