How to get set up with US Check Payments:
- Login to your dashboard as a Race Director
- Navigate to the left of your screen and search Payment Info in the search box (Alternatively, you can navigate to the left of your screen and select 'Settings', followed by 'Payment Info')
- Insert Company or Personal Details including address
- For 'Preferred Payment', check the box marked 'Check (Payment issued every 2 weeks)'
- Enter the Email Address where you would like to receive Statement Notifications

US Check Payment Schedule:
- Checks are cut every two weeks on Tuesdays and should arrive in the 3 to 7 business days following.
- Payments will be posted to your dashboard every other Tuesday along with statements
- View Payouts by searching and clicking Event Payout Report in the search box or by visiting your dashboard, navigate to the left of your screen and select 'Management' > Financials and 'Reporting' > 'Event Payout Report'
- Checks include funds up to the prior Tuesday at 11:59:59AM EST
Checks will be issued as long as the $200.00 minimum is met by 11:59:59 of the Tuesday prior.
