1. Go to your event organizer dashboard and verify that the event you're working on is in the white bubble in the top horizontal blue bar of your screen. If incorrect, search for the event name you are looking to edit.
2. In the lefthand menu of the event dashboard, click the down arrow to open up 'Settings' and from that menu choose 'Pricing'.
3. You will then be directed to the pricing strategies section. Click the "Edit" link in the righthand corner of the pricing strategy you would like to change.
4. To change the price of the sub-event, go to the "Price" field and enter the new price. Be sure to save.
The price of your sub-event will change for any new online transactions. Pricing can be adjusted even when your event is live.
Note: Effective March 2025, when the "Show pricing" checkbox is selected, all text in the "Description" field will be displayed in two locations:
- under the Regsitration fees section of the event details page
- within the Sub-event radio button in the registration form
