Race Roster's team settings now offer the ability for participants to register themselves for multiple segments within a single registration. This allows for a simplified registration process for events that offer various kinds of relays, triathlon relays, etc., where participants can sign up to run multiple segments for a team. To learn how to edit or re-assign selected segments for your participants after they have completed registration, please follow the steps below.
1. From your event dashboard, scroll down the page until you reach the Teams section.
2. From your Teams section of the event dashboard find or search the team you are looking to edit the segment selections for. Click the blue members button from the righthand side of the team management table to view and edit team segments.
3. Within your team member settings, edit the segment selections for team members from the Segment(s)/leg(s) field provided. To assign additional segments to a team member, click on the white space within the Segment(s)/leg(s) field to select any available segments for that team member. To remove any existing segments currently assigned to a team member, click the X next to the specific segment, or click on the larger X on the righthand side of the field provided to remove all selected segments. Click save once you are satisfied with your segment edits.
4. Any edits made to a participant's segment selections will now be updated and viewable from the event's participant list.
