Once you have created your USD payment profile, you will be prompted to fill out a W9 form. If you are curious about W9 submissions, you can read our 'What are W9 submissions?' article or contact us at director@raceroster.com.
1. Once you have filled out your payment profile and click Save you will be directed to the W9 page.
2. You will need to send your W9 form to Race Roster. A W9 form template can be accessed from the IRS website or by clicking here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
3. Once you have completed your W9 form click Send W9 form to Race Roster. A new email template will pop-up with the subject: W9 attached to the address w9@raceroster.com. Attach your W9 and click send.
4. Check-off I sent my W9 to w9@raceroster.com and click Save or Save & exit.
Note: Your Payment Profile be pending until it has been approved by our team. You can still take your event live and accept payments.
