To update a payment profile, please note that you can only do so if the profile is PENDING. If the payment profile is APPROVED, the payment profile will need to be deleted and a new one created.
To update your payment profile if PENDING, please follow the steps below:
1. Once you are on the Dashboard, navigate to the top right hand side and use the triangle to get to Account Settings.
2. Scroll down and click on VIEW/EDIT PERSONAL PAYMENT PROFILES.
3. You will be taken to a new page to choose the profile that needs to be updated (if pending) or deleted.
4. Click Delete on the far right hand side to remove the payment profile from use.
5. Click Edit to update payment profile and fill in the necessary information.
- IF it is a USD event, the W9 needs to be updated. You will need to submit a new W9 and get this approved again.
6. Click save once completed.
