If you would like to update or delete a payment profile, you can do so by going through the steps below:
1. Once you are on the Dashboard, navigate to the top right hand side and use the triangle to get to Account Settings.
2. Scroll down and click on VIEW/EDIT PERSONAL PAYMENT PROFILES.
3. You will be taken to a new page to choose the profile that needs to be updated or deleted.
4. Click Delete on the far right hand side to remove the payment profile from use.
5. Click Edit to update payment profile and fill in the necessary information.
- IF it is a USD event, the W9 needs to be updated. You will need to submit a new W9 and get this approved again.
6. Click save once completed.
