To update a payment profile, please note that you can only do so if the profile is PENDING. If the payment profile is APPROVED, please have the payment profile owner email email@example.com requesting the profile be rejected so that you can update.
To update your payment profile if PENDING/REJECTED, please follow the steps below:
1. Once you are on the Dashboard, navigate to the top right-hand side and use the triangle to get to Account Settings.
2. Scroll down and click on Edit in the Payment Profile section under User Settings
3. You will be taken to a new page to choose the profile that needs to be updated (if pending) or rejected.
4. Click Edit to update payment profile and fill in the necessary information.
- IF it is a USD event, the W9 needs to be updated. You will need to submit a new W9 and get this approved again.
5. Click save once completed.
